CREATING A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
The minimum share capital to set up a private limited liability company is 3.000 € and the process is quite straightforward:
First, we have to find a name for the company and request the appropriate certificate
Secondly, a bank account must be opened, and the funds deposited.
Thirdly, the articles of incorporation and memorandum of association will be draftedto reflect the company’s purpose.
Fourth, everything must be signed before a Public Notary.
Fifth and lastly, everything has to be registered and sent to the Spanish equivalent of Company House.
The process can be done quickly, since there is a special simplified process for certain business activities. Please, bear in mind that the Administrator will have to become self-employed to manage the company.
