5 – Confidentiality and personal data protection policy
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Hernández-Mora hereby informs you that the personal data collected through the contact form, user registration or any other section of this website will be included in a file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for which Hernández-Mora is responsible.
The purpose of this collection of personal data is “the collection of contact data for the management of commercial and administrative matters”.
We would like to remind you that your data will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the purposes described. All data provided via electronic forms and/or e-mail will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

These rights are personal and may be exercised by the interested party without any limitations other than those provided for by the applicable legislation. However, the legal representative of the interested user may act when the latter is in a situation of incapacity or minority which makes it impossible for him/her to exercise these rights personally.
Requests for access will be processed within thirty days of receipt. Requests for rectification, cancellation or objection will be processed by the data controller within ten days of receipt.
If the controller considers that it is not appropriate to comply with the data subject’s request, it shall notify the data subject, stating the reasons for its decision, within the period indicated in the previous section.
In cases where the cancellation of the data is appropriate, but their physical deletion is not possible, for technical reasons or due to the computer support used, Hernández-Mora will block the data, in order to prevent their use, until their complete elimination from the information systems.
The data requested are strictly necessary for the correct identification of the sender to enable us to carry out basic commercial management tasks. Hernández-Mora undertakes to use the data in a responsible and confidential manner, guaranteeing that such data will be treated in accordance with legal requirements and that it will only be used by Hernández-Mora for the purposes indicated.
By sending the forms on this website or by sending an electronic message, the sender consents to the automated processing of the data contained therein. In any case, the data provided will not be transferred to third parties.
